The Home Care division is an in-home rehabilitation service covering all of Northwest lower Michigan.

For some, in-home rehabilitation is the only realistic option, especially when transportation, fatigue or other barriers prevent attendance at traditional outpatient clinic-based therapy.

Home rehabilitation is also available to other types of individuals with the community. Some people might not be “homebound”, but have difficulty arranging transportation to attend outpatient therapy. Others might not prefer driving during the winter months.
