Indoor Cycling
Indoor Cycling is a 45 minute class performed on a studio stationary bike. The instructor simulates the ride with hill climbing, flat roads and sprints. Music is key in this class, getting you motivated and energized! All fitness levels welcome. Come in and enjoy the ride!
Senior Exercise
As adults, there are four main areas that are important for staying healthy and independent: strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. The Senior exercise class is taught sitting or standing with safe and effective exercises. The class content changes daily, making it exciting to be part of the program!
