The wellness program at Tim Bondy Physical Therapy focuses on a whole person approach of well being that includes exercise, functional training, weight reduction, cardiovascular fitness and balance improvement. We conduct group exercise programs for all ages and have personal trainers that can work one on one with individuals after their formal therapy programs have been completed or those would like to reach a higher level of health and fitness.

The Wellness Program at Tim Bondy Physical Therapy provides a safe and comfortable environment for all levels of fitness. We offer aerobic and strength conditioning, flexibility training, group fitness classes, personal pool time, relaxation treatments, all part of our personalized care. Massage therapy is also available by appointment.
