Carrie Saunders, OTRL

Carrie has been working at Tim Bondy Physical Therapy since 2009. She received her master's degree in Occupational Therapy from Grand Valley State University in 2003 and has practiced in a variety of facilities including hospital inpatient and acute rehab, subacute rehab, home care and outpatient clinics. Carrie was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula and moved to northern Michigan with her husband in 2003. She has two daughters and remains busy in balancing her professional career with their sporting events and school activities. Carrie enjoys the outdoors, sports, traveling and spending time with friends and family. She finds helping others very rewarding and enjoys the variety and creativity of her career as an Occupational Therapist.

Jim Sinclair, OTRL

Jim Sinclair joined Tim Bondy Physical Therapy in 2014. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2013 with a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Jim is married to Rheann Bontrager and they have one son. He is experienced working with a variety of diagnostic conditions including orthopedics, balance training, autism, early intervention for developmental delayed conditions in children, stroke rehab, traumatic brain injuries, conditions with generalized weakness, tennis and golfer's elbow, and many more. He has excellent interpersonal skills that patients quickly respond. In his spare time Jim enjoys hiking, mountain biking, various sporting activities and reading.

Jim Perry joined Tim Bondy Physical Therapy in May of 2016. Jim began his healthcare career in 2009 becoming a Certified Nurse Aide. His working career began at Cheboygan Memorial from 2009 to 2011, before moving to McLaren Northern Michigan hospital to work in the Cardiac and Rehabilitation departments until 2015. It was here where Jim found his calling as a physical therapy assistant. Jim went on to graduate from Macomb Community College PTA School Cum Laude in 2015. Jim is an avid outdoorsman where he enjoys spending time, hunting, fishing, camping and teaching his son about the joys of being outdoors.

Meet Kevin

Kevin Lombardi joined the Tim Bondy Physical Therapy team in 2014. He is a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant who graduated with Honors from Macomb Community College. Kevin performed an internship at Tim Bondy Physical Therapy while in school and was eventually granted the opportunity to move up north and work as a full time employee. He has completed multiple Continuing Education courses over his five year span as a PTA, but is eager to learn more and increase his knowledge of the field. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, playing basketball, and exploring all that the Northern Michigan area has to offer.

Meet Suzanne

Suzanne joined Tim Bondy Physical Therapy in 2007 after having received her PTA license in California in 1997. She has worked in neuro-rehab, massage, orthopedic outpatient, and home health. Suzanne enjoys building the special rapport that therapists and patients are able to develop during their time in therapy. She enjoys making a difference in their lives both physically and emotionally.

Meet Janet

Janet Riker has her PTA licensure and certified in the Graston Technique. After graduating from the Macomb Community College school of Physical Therapy Assistants. Janet has worked in multiple healthcare settings in Northern Michigan. She has also studied criminology and nursing over the course of her working career. Janet has been married for 24 years, has 4 children, and 5 grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys fishing, hiking, traveling, painting, and photography.

Thom Myers, LPTA

Thom attended Delta College and graduated with a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 1984. He has worked in several school systems, specializing in pediatric care. He has worked in the Traverse City area in both out-patient clinics and home health. He joined Tim Bondy Physical Therapy in 1988. He is well versed in Orthopaedic manual therapy which he finds applicable to many of the in-home patients he sees on a daily basis. Thom enjoys spending time with family and friends, gardening and underwater hockey.


Our people make the difference. The Tim Bondy Team includes a well-trained staff including caring physical and occupational therapists along with medical exercise specialists. Our clinical specialties include spinal care, neurological rehab, work injury management, hand therapy, pediatric and geriatric care and the treatment of sports injuries and balance disorders.
